Company History World Wide Iozza Ltd. merged from the amalgamation of World Wide Importing Ltd. and Iozza Industries Ltd. on January 1st, 2001. World Wide Importing Ltd. was established in 1975 as a wholesaler of sheer and drapery fabrics to fabricators, retailers and decorators. In 1996 the Company also began manufacturing window coverings and bedding primarily for the hospitality and contract industry. Iozza Industries Ltd. was established in 1979 to manufacture and distribute vertical and Venetian blinds as well as to supply parts and components to wholesale fabricators and retailers. Iozza Industries also owned Elegant Sun Control Systems Ltd. which was fully amalgamated under Iozza on December 31, 1997. Elegant Sun Control Systems was a manufacturer of roller blinds, parts and components. Premises Our facility is approximately 30,000 square feet and is conveniently located at 240 Humberline Drive, Toronto, Ontario, minutes away from Pearson International Airport and major Highways 401, 407 and 427.
